Can you believe it, this is our 990 post! We hope to post at least 1K posts on or before ©Leather Leather Leather Day 7/7. We believe our target goal is in sight. Please support us by voting "Yes" to our poll to celebrate LL Day on 7/7.

This blog has been around since 2007 and unknowingly, it has almost 1K posts and is going to be 10 years old next year. It started off at Flickr actually and when Flickr dwindle down, this blog was born. It was not easy naturally, since a learning curve intially to design the blog first then posts could be made. Different designs were made until the final dark background to highlight the pictures til today. Credits has to be given to Ramonetrooper for his Leather Beauty blog for his good widgets and connecting to us and other Leather websites and blogs as a portal.

It has also gone through quite a number of face-lifts to serve you faster and better especially bigger high quality posts which we are proud of. Unfortunately, there are also quite a number of roadblocks that we have to overcome to keep us going. Blogger wanted to close us down as folks reported us as either sk*mpy or fet*sh (see I cannot even spell those taboo words). So those posts goes to another blog. Replica blogs which was the best compliment we definitely did not need because it took away our traffic. Fortunately, they could not keep up with our updates and they died too. Another roadblock was the reduction in web traffic over the years which we tried to overcome by setting up 2 more social media sites at Facebook and Tumblr, which also acts as a backup. This gives it a fresh new minimalistic look and new life but less cutomizable. The recent blow of Google search removing us from their search engine totally was dealt the hardest. Our pageviews literally took a nosedive. Admittedly, we wanted to give up just like what ramonetrooper did to Leatherbeauty. What kept us going is the pure passion and inspiration from the original website Gloves2000 (no longer around) from abramovic3. It inspired us to set up this blog and we also wanted to continue to inspire others as well.

Another goal is to reach 10 million or 10M pageviews in our 10th year anniversary which is in 2017 perhaps 7/7. However, this will be a tall order but let's strive towards it. Enough of crap and here is the update.
